Because our selection changes throughout the season, each arrangement will naturally vary in color, variety, size, and form depending on what is freshly available from our local growers.

Every bouquet is thoughtfully designed to showcase what the season has to offer. **Color requests are always welcome**, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred palette based on seasonal availability.

Our photos represent the overall style, color palette, and feel of each design. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary due to weather and market conditions, the exact flowers shown may not always be available. Some designs may also feature unique or one-of-a-kind containers that cannot be exactly replicated.
When substitutions are necessary, our designers will preserve the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement, using flowers and/or containers of equal or greater value whenever possible.
If a particular flower, color, or design element is especially important to your order, please include that information in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges when appropriate. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss any concerns.
To receive an exchange, the original floral arrangement must be returned to Lizette’s Floral Studio. Once the original arrangement is returned, we will prepare the approved replacement. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of confirmed quality issues.
If a refund is issued as an exception, it will be processed promptly. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
