Keep the vase filled with fresh water and place the arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Trim the stems and refresh the water every two to three days to help your flowers last longer. Because we use fresh, seasonal blooms, flower varieties may vary while maintaining the overall style and color palette.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges when appropriate. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss any concerns.
To receive an exchange, the original floral arrangement must be returned to Lizette’s Floral Studio. Once the original arrangement is returned, we will prepare the approved replacement. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of confirmed quality issues.
If a refund is issued as an exception, it will be processed promptly. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
